Cynffon means tail in Welsh. The bit that follows the dragon everywhere it goes. That's the job: behind you, covering what the day doesn't leave time for.
Why we exist.
Cynffon started in the South Wales valleys, watching people we grew up with graft from first light and still lose work for reasons that had nothing to do with the work.
A missed call from up on a roof. A quote that took three evenings to write. A happy customer who was never asked for a review. None of it about skill. All of it costing money.
That felt wrong. So we're fixing it. Quietly, properly, and from here.
